Just wondered if there was ever a such thing as traction control on a 90 Corvette? In the Vert I hear the actuator behind me a lot more than I ever did in my Coupe. Reason being is there is a wood cover where the lid was on my coupe. The wood cover back there has a hole for a speaker in it, and no speaker so it is open. I know I hear it cycle when I first start out. With all the water we have, I spun the tires a couple of times (On Accident, lets just say) and I thought I heard that thing cycle, so I got to the end of the on ramp waiting on the lights to let my lane go, and I nailed it with it being real wet and the tires started to spin, and sure enough, I heard that thing cycling on and off. Does my car have some sort of a traction control on it, or is there something wrong with my car making it cycle on and off. I get no codes or anything for it.
On a side note all my codes, and check engine light issues are gone other than an intermittent Code 34. The EGR Circuit. Sometimes now it comes on during my trip to and from work, and in no specific distance of driving, or certain conditions of driving, and it will shut off at times as well. I am tracing wiring issues with it to make sure it is not just a bad connection (As my harness under my hood looks like TAZ got ahold of it) but beyond that, my only other guess is a vacumm leak as I have seen a problem with that EGR Control valve also be related to a leak.
Any thoughts on either?

Look at wheels speed sensors/wiring.That is typically where we find most problems.
