Ok, a while back my son took his Trooper to TAS auto, the clutch seemed to be going out. Tas Took it apart replace the clutch, told him to come and get it. It went as far as the street and Kabooom, no clutch..It seemed it need a new cylinder. The cylinder was inside of the bell housing so back out it came again. They said they fixed it, and he took it home. Next morning he went to back out of his driveway, Kaboom, it would not engage. He had to have it picked up and taken back to TAS, his cost.. After 2 weeks in the shop, they said it was fixed. Shawn told them in writing that it was not correct, and took it back 2 more times. It had never worked properly according to my son. Ba in Engineering, MBA, many more accolades. IE, he is not stupid. He gave the Tropper to his 19 year old daughter, she drives it back and forth to Weber state where she is in pre vet classes. She has put 13,000 miles on the Trooper and Kaboom, it is out again.
Now TAS had signed a statement on the bill stating they knew it was not correct, and if ever anything went wrong, they would fix it. Shawn called them and faxed them the previous bill with their statement saying they would fix it. Brent Savage told Shawn that since it was over 1 year ago, they had no intention of fixing it. Take it somewhere else.
These thieves need to be shut down.. Crooks.....
